These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mark It application ("App" or "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep your account credentials secure. You are fully responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
Any dog profiles, photos, logs, markers, and metrics you submit to the App ("Content") remain yours. However, by uploading Content, you grant us the right to store, display, and process your Content as necessary to operate the application infrastructure.
All rights, titles, and interests in the Services, including its design, architecture, interface, codebase, and original content (excluding User Content), are and will remain the exclusive property of the Mark It developers.
We may suspend, terminate, or delete your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Information and logic within the App regarding dog training routines, metrics, protocols, and behavioral markers are for tracking purposes and do not substitute professional behavioral or veterinary advice.
Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the Services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. By continuing to access or use the Services after modifications, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
